Once our housing analysts have completed physical inspections of each site we gather pricing information on lots and homes, along with floor plans with square footage and price breaks.

With our array of powerful tools we pull this data together in our comprehensive suite of reports, graphs and mapping solutions. These tools are designed to keep your business ahead of the curve. And like all of NewReach reports and outputs, our design specialist can create custom branded reports with your company's logo and information.

Builder's Decision reports are designed to provide targeted, detailed information in a clear and concise format. Project data sheets take an in-depth look at the project's history, absorption rates and current project status. We can also create reports on standing inventory, vacant lots, home prices, etc.

Builder's Decision maps are available in each Coverage County with outlines of projects boundaries. Our program enables you to zoom in and identify housing projects or create a radius to identify surrounding parcels and projects. You can print aerial maps, zoning map, plat maps, and mailing labels for rezone notices. You can also utilize our maps to identify your competition or determine product placement.
